Recommended Use
Mix about one scoop (35 g) of Whey Protein with 6-8 oz. (177-237 ml) of water, milk or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or glass with spoon. Use before or after workouts, or as an anytime snack to add high-quality protein to your daily routine.
